Mark Brown formally joined Brown Publishing Network in the fall
of 2001, but in many ways it has been a part of his life since childhood. Mark, the son of president Marie Brown, has witnessed the evolution of the company from its beginning in 1983.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has a law degree and master’s degree in finance from Suffolk University in Boston. Since joining Brown, Mark has strategized new initiatives in staff development, marketing, and financial management—all of which have contributed to the company’s recent growth and expansion. His expertise in management, corporate finance, and legal issues provide a solid foundation for the future of the company.
