Audra W. Bailey

Director of Editorial Services

Audra Bailey started her career at Brown Publishing Network in 1994 as a college intern. She spent the summers of her college years learning the editorial development process from some of the best editors and managers in the industry. After college, Audra worked for a nonprofit educational development organization in Washington, D.C. She rejoined Brown in 1998, successfully coordinating some of the company’s largest editorial projects.

As the company grew, so did the editorial department’s need for someone to manage all of its resources and scheduling. In 2000, Audra became Managing Editor, and she was named Director of Editorial Services in 2008.

Audra received her undergraduate degree from Colby College and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College in 2004.
